so whens the best time of year to vist SanFrancisco?
with 3 children, a tight budget, and an ex convinced im planning to vanish from the face of the earth, leaving the island is nothing short of a military operation lol
so as the chances of a lewis meet are near to non existent, i might as well try planning a trip to somewhere id like to visit, love italian food aswell, the gay and lesbian scene worth a visit, and of course anything related to why i visit this site lol
Weather-wise, May-June or September-October. The height of the tourist season is July-August, although those two months are often quite foggy in SF.
Activity-wise, there's stuff going on all year long. If there's a specific activity that you want to see (e.g., Folsom Street Fair in late September), come by for that and there will be plenty of other things to see/do. There is a stunning array of sites and activities within a two hour drive of SF.
I loved July myself BECAUSE of the fog...it's famous you know. I loved the fact that it was high 90s in Georgia and the high there in the summer was 67!!! Sure enough, 3PM came and the whole place was fogged in...I was at the Presidio sitting on a bench watching it and it was just stunning. Nice, cool, beautiful sites, wonderful food, and HOT ASIAN MEN EVERYWHERE!!!!
