I realize I'm copying Toronto here...but man, they sure have the right idea.
I also realize there's already an LA area meet up thread, but since that already happened I decided it would be too confusing to post a continuation.
I would like to set up for either late June or some time in July, a karaoke meet-up! Please reply and let me know what days and times you are available. I was thinking Saturday during the day/afternoon, or Sunday day/afternoon. Too many people want to karaoke late at night!

K-town, obviously. I have just the venue, too: Ding Dang Dong, right next door to the illustrious Pornomania @ Olympic and Vermont.
If anyone thinks food would be a good idea too, there are several restaurants in the shopping center and an El Pollo Loco across the street.
Everyone is welcome, not IF but ESPECIALLY if you suck at karaoke.
People who suck are the ones who make it fun.
When someone sucks badly enough it becomes group karaoke with everyone singing to try to cover that person up...it's great. Plus, there are tambourines to help with that.
P.S. I don't know if I'm supposed to prove I'm not a pervert or something before I start gathering people together for public events, so please let me know if I made a boo-boo by posting this as a noob, admins!
