So it looks like we have settled on December 12-14 for the Vegas meet. Let me know if you are planning on coming out and if you need help with making reservations. I have a friend who manages an older but hip motel on the north end of the strip. Rooms on the weekend are usually about $100 a night. There is also a youth hostel close to it with beds from $20-$40 a night. I will double check on the rates for that weekend. I can host the ladies at my place. I have a double bed, two couches. 2 blo up mattres' and lots of floor space. (NOTE: I have 2 dogs. 1 cute one, 1 ugly one).
ALSO...let me know what kinds of things you would like to do. Vegas has lots to offer. It can be cold in December so keep that in mind. I can get us in at most of the clubs. If the House of Blues has any good shows I can get us in there too. If you have no clue thats cool too! Im looking forward to hearing your ideas! This is gonna be fun!!
NOTE: We concidered changing the date to the 20th but too many people PMed me and said they culdn't do it that weekend so we changed it back. Sorry CD and friends. Hope to hang with you on the weekend of the 20th! XOXO!!

The idea for this Dec Vegas meet originally came up over dinner last month in Napa. One of our Bay Area members will be turning 21 on the 20th and doesn't have any 'legal' friends to celebrate with so we planned a Vegas meet for her birthday. If we do it the weekend before, she cannot go.
Also, all the schools aren't out by the 13th.

Can't make this one anymore...going to a Metallica concert, doing finals, and working holiday hours...has booked all the weekends for the month.

WTF. Strike my vote for now. I didn't read the post when I voted cuz I thought it was 12-13. Might have to recheck my schedule cuz my family's doing Christmas early in Dec. in phoenix
