Imagine, guys like Ted Bundy are getting conjugal visits (sex), while
some perfectly great guys on the outside are doing without.

a killer...maybe (like if it was from an accident)...but a psycho killer? umm i dont really know if having them in our society is a great idea...thank god i haven't heard of any that got released.

Nope, I don't believe that psycho killers can be reformed. Unless I was into the whole auto-eroticism or choking thing. I don't wanna have to look over my shoulder all the time to make sure he doesn't stab me in the back (literally).
