Well, I guess I'm screwed! My thighs are the biggest fattiest part of my body, but they're a little under 18" in circumference. *trudgest to cardiologist*

pretty small sample size, but I thought it's been known for a while now that pear shapes have healthier hearts than apple shapes.
What about hourglass shapes? =(

Funny that they mention nothing about a woman's height. It is ok to have 60 cm thighs if you are very tall, but what if you are short?

This study seems to be independent of waist or height. But it's probably common sense that a small waist is healthier because it means there is less fat there. The good news if you have small thighs is that you can always do exercises to make them bigger.
