I got this idea after seeing all those stupid Chuck Norris lists that float their way around the internet. We should compile a list of why women should be preferring asian boyfriends and then disseminate it around all our social circles until it's found its way around the world. I'll start...

Compared to men of what race? Comparing Asian men's superiority to other men seems a bit strange, because I have experience of only white men in addition to Asian men. So if I compare white men to Asian men and pronounce Asian men's superiority, I might as well bash myself, as I am a white woman. So white guys sweat more than Asians do and have to wear deodorant. Well, so do I. My sweat smells if I don't wear deodorant! And yes, I do get sweaty - I am not Asian. Then if we non-Asians are so inferior and smelly compared to Asians due to our non-Asian qualities, why the heck would Asian men then even want to date us?

I do understand where you are coming from, you want to see people talk good things about Asian men, probably to raise your self-esteem. But:


1) It is easy to get into arguments due to listing someone's qualities based on the race.

2) I don't actually feel like getting into race talk. I rather talk about people of ethnicities and nationalities than races. Generalization is way more fun when you talk about ethnicities and nationalities.

I don't know what women think of this thread but for me, between the chuck norris jokes and this thread topic, I think both are equally lame.

I agree. Things like this seem sadly desperate and childish to me. I think it will have the opposite effect.

Those Chuck Norris lists were a huge joke, and I don't think listing our Asian male qualities should be catergorized as such, your goals are noble but you're overreaching imo.
