Im not sure how??? I worked with several college graduates this year. They are educated to test well not to survive in the real world. There is a severe management shortage in China and shelves full of self help "how to be a good manager" books. I was really unsatisfied with the applcants I interviewed. Basoc things like not answering your cell phone in an interview are concept that are not understood. Following directions is another one. Yikes!!
