He is an excellent actor, who starred in big budget movies such as Curse of Golden Flower and City of Life and Death. He was also in a hollywood movie called "Dark Matter" with Meryl Streep, but due to the subject involved (the plot line is based an actual event where a Ph.D Chinese student shot and killed his professor and few colleagues during a class because he was robbed of his studies, and unfortunately the original planned release date was on the same year as the Virginia Tech incident so the film was pushed back indefinitely... i found a torrent copy online and watched it and it was an excellent and dark film, so check it out if u can).
He and his girlfriend met on the set of film "Dark Matter" I believe, she wasnt an actress though, i think she was either a make up artist or some kind of prop manager.

Yeek! VA Tech! My aunt's daughter graduated from there...my ex bf graduated from there...a friend of mine just got accepted there...and an ex neighbour of mine was shot in the face during the VA Tech attacks.
But that's cool to see that they had two weddings! That's awesome. And she's Jewish. My mother was also one of the few conservative Judaism mothers that allowed her daughter to date whomever.
So good to see others like that! Especially since when I was in high school, a lot of my fellow Jewish friends often faced turmoil because they were attracted to someone who wasn't Jewish.
Asian-Jewish combo doesn't seem to be that rare these days.
A couple of my Chinese-American buddies are, or were, dating Jewish/Israeli-American girls. Although admittedly there are plenty more Jewish dude-Asian girl couples around.
Strangely enough, this is all in the States. In Canada, I tend to see less...even though we are supposedly more "liberal" than the "backward" Americans lol...

Hm I noticed that too, also I have friends that go as far as to say that jewish guys have serious asian fetishes...( no comment )

Her family shouldn't worry too much. By Jewish law, the children are still Jewish as long as their mum is a Jew. Therefore technically speaking the couple's offspring are still JEWS
