It takes me 7 (something with 151) drinks about to run around a pool party naked and not care. So something after 7 probably.

Not like I'm attending the meet, but if I were I wouldn't need to be drunk.

3-5 drinks would be a nice buzz though - I'm most entertaining/happy at that point.
