No offense but that raw turnip and tall tower of whatever it is, is a big too showy IMO. Just serve things you can actually EAT, this screams of trying too hard. They are simply too large for decoration. Other than that, yummmm.

lol normally he wouldn't serve the carved veggies in the food, but he had just finished showing us how to carve them and just stuck them on the plates for fun
Wow! I hope you enjoy the club. It looks like fun. I really, really like that watermelon.....wish I could do that.
Chef Tran is a trip! He makes us laugh all the time lol. And actually, the watermelon flower isn't that hard to do really if you have the right knife and a steady hand and you are patient
