Health and BeautyVitamin A/B/E/C...which is it? How do you keep that skin looking so young? We want to know.
I am currently taking Universal protein, Universal Nutrition Animal Pump (greatest sup ever), and Anabolic Pump(newest sup, to see how well it works). Its hard to eat 170 grams of protein a day, but I get really close. Lots of tuna and shakes.
I wonder how we can survive, this romance, but in the end if I'm with you, I'll take the chance...
Okay... so I know I could just look this up on the Internet but what's the deal with Muscle Milk and the protein powders... what are the benefits of taking them? Why should one take them?
Sush if you look anything like your avie you shouldn't take anything
Protein drink are for muscle building suppliments which girls don't need. Try to find some suppliments that will boost your enrgy level or build lean muscle and care be careful with side affects with these products.
BUT IMO you should just eat smart with multi-vitamins.
I do a 2-hour weightlifting session usually 3 times a week (full body - yeah I know more efficient to do upper one day and lower the next but daily isn't gonna happen). And I hate when my work interferes with getting in my workouts.
I LOVE the way my muscles feel after a workout. Felt the results within 2 weeks after I got back into it.
I'm one of the few women at my gym that doesn't spend all of her time over on the treadmills (pfft I have one at home). And I find all of the buff male bodybuilders are actually very helpful with spotting when I need it etc.
Only problem is when I leave at the end of my workout I'm ready to eat anything. Like my car. Small children or animals. It burns a lot of calories.

Actually, I used to do the upper/lower body switch off and it was suggested to do all body ... I did it one day along with the cardio and I have to say I felt awesome afterwards. More awesome than a week of doing one on one day and the other the next ...

I use to do Muay Thai, BJJ and MMA up until 3 years ago. Now, just back to lifting 3 to 5 x a week. I discover JReps (zone training) that really helped in creating the maintaining the pump. I am in the gym for 30 minutes to 40 minutes and thats does it.
