ME!!! Kung Fu! Every day! We are training for a competetition at the end of the month. I hurt! But it hurts SO GOOD!! Congrats in getting back in the game!!
Anyone can ride with you in your limo but what you really want is someone who will walk with you when your limo breaks down
I try...(with emphasis on the TRY part) to hit the gym 4-5 times per week (ideal conditions). usually it's just 3x per week, sometimes less if I get too busy during the week.

I have bouts of exercise-happy times. Sometimes I'll run five miles everyday for two weeks straight and then stop for like, three weeks. Although I have noticed that I lose more weight running outside than thrice the distance on a treadmill.

When I was at my own house, I had my own gym in the spare bedroom. I would use it every day. But since I am away working, it will be hard to train. I will try though.
