A pimple on litlle boy head become full infection.
I found this weird video about an infection on a little boy head. It started as a simple pimple that broke out to infection and maggots start living under his skin.

well, they might be saving his life, the maggots are probably eating the bacteria, they use them to treat MRSA, which is an antibiotic restistant staph infection.

The maggots are probably intentional, I mean if the parents could afford to video it, they can probably afford penicillian as long as it's not MRSA.

Kinda creepy when you realise that stuff like this doesn't just happen in urban legends. I've known a couple people who got botflies (look that up on Google to find out what they do!), and also one or two who got scabies (also nasty, but not as painful as a botfly larva).
