You are what you read - what have you been reading?
I've been caught reading engineering mathematics on a flight, or reading The Game in a restaurant. My reading interest generally fits my jack-of-all-trades, nerdy personality. I am indeed what I read.
What have you been reading lately? Any book of general interest you'd recommend to this audience?
I heard on the radio a new book called Globality is due out in June. It's written by three people from Boston Consulting Group. Although I haven't read it, I recommend anyone who's interested in world politics and global economy to at least check it out. The opinions presented in the BBC radio program are quite fascinating.

Why Do Men Have Nipples?
Phew... I'm always reading several books at the same time.
I read "The never ending days of being dead" by Marcus Chown, which is about quantum physics (which I read in English), then Lily Lehman "Meine Sangeskunst", which is a classic from 1902 about the voice and singing and if I drop by the train station I always pick up a manga for the way home. I'd basically read anything I can get my hands on, although I am not so much into Thriller/Crime stuff or love stuff. Fantasy, Science, Coelho and Hornby are my faves...
"I would never do crack... I would never do a drug named after a part of my own ass, okay?" ~ Denis Leary
I've been reading what's I've collected from the NY Times Best Sellers list over the past few months ... since I have been busy with school I haven't had time to read anything but textbooks and assignments. This is part of pile of books next to my bed...

I sometimes read, read, read non stop for weeks and sometimes I can go months without reading nothing other than the cybernewspapers I read each morning.
Got a truckload of new Cookbooks lately, so been reading that.
Also have a lot of history related books on my nightstand.
I am about to start Simone Veil's autobiography "A life". And a biography of Paul Lafargue, written by a friend of mine.
