5. I don't date men where I work. (Hey, bud, I wouldn't even date you if you were in the same 'solar system', much less the same building.)

3. I'm concentrating on my career. (Even something as boring and unfulfilling as my job is better than dating you.)

Yes, I used that excuse a loooong time ago. A more accurate answer would have been "I am honored that you like me so much, but I don't feel the same way about you."
If it doesn't revolve around sex for men, they want nothing to do with it. Food follows a close second. We need more mental stimulation...sex and food are awesome too, but I need him to be able to stimulate my mind as well as my loins. If I can find an okay-looking man that will do that, I've got it MADE.

I'm more interested in the dishonest answers that sound too bad not to be true. Like "I have STD", "my psycho ex vows to kill any man within 10 feet of me" and "let me ask my dad first".
They may be full of shit, but it must have fertilized their creativity.
