Have you guys ever seen the 1993 movie Indecent Proposal with Woody Harrelson and Demi Moore where they travel to Las Vegas, hoping they can win enough money to finance a real estate project. After gambling away all of their savings, they encounter billionaire Robert Redford. Robert is attracted to Demi and offers Woody one million dollars to spend a night with her.

So my question is, would you let your bf/gf, wife/husband, or S.O. sleep with another person for a million dollars? Ok, how about 10 million? Does your relationship and love for someone special have a price?

Personally, for me no amount of money would be worth ruining a relationship by sleeping with another person for money no matter the best intentions. I would rather be in debt than live with the idea of my gf/wife in bed with another man even if it was for one night.

So what do you guys think?

Hm... I think it might be easier said than done. 10 million dollars is a lot .. and it would really depend on our relationship. While I'd love to say I'd say no ... if my current bf and I were in that situation, I honestly don't know what I'd answer.

I'd just leave it to her. If she wants to do it for the money, I'll just drop an Ambien into a martini and sleep it off. Then forget about it. Seriously, I can get over it.

Ok, I should clarify that you are deeply in love with this person and he/she is your soulmate and you see yourself with this person the rest of your life and have been in each other's lives for a long time... say at least 5-10 years...

Again... I don't know! If you were with someone for 5-10 years, you know that it would take a lot to kill your relationship. The big difference between this scenario and infidelity is that this decision is made between the two of you ... not just one doing it behind the other's back.

One of the things with the movie is that Woody Harrelson's character had tremendous insecurity afterwards and basically made it an issue. What would have happened if they never brought it up again and enjoyed their million, making their dream home? Instead his insecurities really tore them apart ... it's a hard yes or no question.

for sure no. i only sleep with the person if i have feelings for him. if i love him, i wouldn't want to share him with another person for any amt.
