I wanted the same, so i went online and downloaded it. Its easy. I wanted Chinese Characters to show on mine.. and thats what i got.
So pick what you want, find it, download it.. then bobs your uncle and fannys your aunt
if you like to also be able to type asian fonts, get a copy of windows and use it to install asian languages. (control panel>regional and language>languages>check install east asian languages)
its actually quite fun when you start to get the hang of the language. all the squiggles become comprehensible and you can show off your new skills by IMing your friends insults.
